We currently deliver in the State of Kuwait only.

Upon placing an order on JothenPro, you will receive an email confirming your order. You also might receive a call from our Customer Care team to clarify or confirm certain information regarding your order.

You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your JothenPro Account.

Your order status will go from PENDING to CONFIRMED to PROCESSED to ON ITS WAY to DELIVERED.
