Warranty Overview
This limited warranty is provided by District Maintenance (Jothen Maintenance) for the Breo S3 Scalp Massaging Brush. The warranty covers the product for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers the following:

3. Internal components: Defects in the motor, internal wiring, and battery function (not related to wear and
tear).
What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear: Including battery life reduction due to natural usage over time.
2. Accidental damage: Dropping, crushing, or mishandling the device.
3. Misuse or improper handling: Usage not in accordance with the product manual (e.g., submersion in water beyond
what is recommended).
4. Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs carried out by unapproved service centers or personnel.
5. Cosmetic damage: Scratches, dents, or other aesthetic changes that do not affect the performance of the
device.
6. Loss or theft of the product.
Warranty Claim Process
If your Breo S3 Scalp Massaging Brush encounters an issue covered by the warranty, you can file a claim through the following steps:

4. Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the product for inspection.
- If the product is covered under the warranty, District Maintenance will cover the return shipping of the
repaired or replaced product.
How to Maintain Warranty Coverage
To ensure your warranty remains valid, please follow these instructions:
1. Proper Usage: Use the product according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
2. Prevent Water Damage: Do not submerge the product in water or expose it to excessive moisture.
3. Charging Instructions: Only use the charging cable provided with the product or an approved replacement.
Duration of Warranty
This warranty is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Repairs or replacements under this warranty do not extend the original warranty period.Limitations of Liability
District Maintenance (Jothen Maintenance) is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages that arise from the use or inability to use the product.
