Terms and Conditions for Participation:

1. Eligibility:

• Participation is open to all My Colors customers who make purchases in-store or online during the campaign period.
• Every 15 KWD spent in a single transaction qualifies the customer for one entry into the draw.
• Customers must provide valid Civil ID & contact information to participate.
• Employees of My Colors, Al Mulla Motors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Duration:

• The campaign runs from 1st December 2024 to 20th January 2025. Purchases made outside these dates are not eligible for the draw.

3. Prize Details:

• Two (2) Mitsubishi X Force cars will be awarded as prizes in this campaign.
• Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted under the supervision of .

4. Draw Date and Winner Announcement:

• The draw will be held on Jan 1st & Feb 3rd 2025.
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during their purchase.

5. Verification:

• Winners must present proof of purchase and a valid Civil ID to claim their prize.
• My Colors reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be providing false or incomplete information.

6. Prize Collection:

• Prizes must be collected in person from an agreed location which will be provided to the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. General Conditions:

• Participation in this campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• My Colors and Al Mulla Motors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this campaign or using the prize.
• My Colors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

8. Marketing Consent:

• By participating, winners agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation.

9. Privacy Policy:

• Customer information collected for this campaign will be used solely for campaign-related purposes and in accordance with My Colors' privacy policy.

10. Disputes:

• In case of disputes, the decision of My Colors and Al Mulla Motors will be final and binding.
• This campaign is governed by the laws of Kuwait.
