MyColors Online Promotional Scheme - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Scheme Details:

• Pay 30 KD and shop for items worth 40 KD.
• Pay 50 KD and shop for items worth 80 KD.
• Pay 100 KD and shop for items worth 150 KD.

2. Promotional Period:

This scheme is valid from October 22nd, 2023, to November 4th, 2023.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

This promotional scheme is available for online purchases only on the MyColors website.

4. Redemption Restrictions:

• a. Only one promotional tier (30 KD, 50 KD, or 100 KD) can be availed in a single transaction.
• b. Items returned that were initially purchased under this scheme will only be refunded the amount paid, not the promotional value.

5. Product Exclusions:

• a. Some products might be exempted from this scheme. MyColors reserves the right to exclude specific items from the promotional offer without prior notice.
• b. The promotional scheme cannot be applied to items that are already on sale or under another promotion.

6. Order Processing:

Any order discrepancies, including but not limited to, wrong items, damaged goods, or missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

7. Delivery:

Deliveries will be processed as per MyColors' standard delivery policy. Any delays due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, etc., are not the responsibility of MyColors.

8. General Terms:

• a. MyColors reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the promotional scheme at any time without prior notice.
• b. In cases of discrepancies or disputes, decisions made by MyColors management will be considered final.
