Remove the Battery Cover and insert one AA battery. (Battery is not included.)1) After finishing your daily skin cleansing routine, press the Power Button for a few seconds to turn on the appliance and the Blue Light Therapy Mode, the Power Button will light up blue. Place the Blue Light Therapy Head close to the skin, and use it evenly on skin areas with acne. Use this mode twice a day, five minutes each time for acne treatment. 2) Press the Power Button again to turn on the Red Light Therapy Mode, the Power Button will light up red.
