Apply the Chella Highlighter all the way under the eyebrow and just above the arch to the tail area. Blend the highlighter using the Chella Dual Blending Brush and then blend the highlighter above the arch above down toward the tail of the eyebrow. Apply the highlighter anywhere you want to brighten the face, the cupids bow, inner corner of the eye, brow bone, cheekbones, and to cover blemishes.
